1. Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email or payment receipt.

6. Safety & Conduct

  • Kiwi Premier Tours prioritizes safety. Guests must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone posing a safety risk, behaving abusively, or violating local laws.

  • Consumption of alcohol or prohibited substances during the tour may result in removal without refund.

7. Liability

  • Kiwi Premier Tours is not liable for:

    • Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings

    • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control

    • Injuries resulting from negligence or failure to follow safety guidelines

  • Our vehicles and operations comply with New Zealand transport and safety regulations.

8. Photography & Media

  • Guides may take photos or videos during the tour for promotional use.

  • Guests may request not to be included in promotional material.

  • Guests are responsible for their own photography equipment.

9. Third-Party Services

  • Some tours include services operated by third-party providers (ferries, attractions, wineries).

  • Kiwi Premier Tours is not responsible for third-party availability, changes, or cancellations.
