The Hobbiton Movie Set Tour is a location where Peter Jackson shot his well known Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit trilogy films.

Hobbiton Movie Set is number one attraction in New Zealand over the last 10 years.

The Hobbiton tour of Auckland begins by picking you up in Auckland CBD before the two hour scenic drive to Waikato South of Auckland then a scenic stop to capture spectacular photos.

Upon arrival, you will have to spend 30-45 mins shopping in the official Hobbiton Gift Shop .

Your middle earth Journey then begins with you taking a two and half hour guided tour around The Hobbit Holes, The Mill, The Double Arched Bridge and having a free drink at The Green Dragon Inn by taking The Hobbiton Bus to The Hobbit Village.

The new indoor experience is a Hobbit Hole that can be found within the building.
Bagshot Row and have a peep into the pretty houses of Hobbits in the course of their daily life in the Shire.

You should be ready to shoot numerous photos and videos here.

Once your fantastic Hobbit tour is over you make your way back back to Auckland CBD along the picturesque Waikato roads.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Group Tours: (Cancellation policy) Should you in the event, have booked a group tour and later decide to cancel the same, Any refund issued by Kiwi Premium Tours is at its sole discretion and may be subject to cancellation fees as specified below.

a. 7 -10 days before the date of the tour -25 percent off your ticket and any booking fees and charges.
b. 49 hours -6 days before the date of the tour - 50% of your ticket plus any booking fees and charges. less than 48 hours will be billed 100 percent of ticket.

Cancellation policy (Private Tours) If, you have already booked a Private tour, you decide to cancel the same, Kiwi Premium Tours can refund your booking at their own discretion and in such an instance, you will be charged as follows, a cancellation fee:

a. 7 -10 days before the date of tour- 25% of your ticket plus booking fees and charges.
b. 73 hours -6 days before the date when the tour occurs - half of your ticket as well as the booking fees and charges. Less than 72 hours will incur 100 per cent of the ticket.

Reservations of all kinds, accommodation and third-party, are not refundable. Any cancellation may attract administration fees.
