Description

You will be picked up in a convenient location and then taken on a two-and-a-half-hour journey south of Auckland, in to the scenic Waikato regions. On the way, we do a picturesque stop where we take beautiful pictures.

On Arrival at Waitomo, we have around 30 minutes to have a look around the gift shop and have light meal or drink at the Waitomo Homestead before your cave visit starts. Explore the Waitomo Underground Glowworm Caves, one of the most famous natural sights in New Zealand. You can have a relaxing boat ride in the system of underground caverns which are lit by thousands of glow-worms, forming a dreamy star-like effect that has taken millions of years of cultural and natural history to be formed.

Following the glowworm experience visit the Waikato centre and visit the amazing Hamilton Gardens. These themed gardens of the world are only a few minutes away and when you drive through them, you travel to various cultures and eras and get an elaborate design, a deeper meaning and a million picture-perfect moments.

By the time you are through with your visits, you can sit back to enjoy the scenic drive back to Auckland with some of the memorable memories of the natural beauty of New Zealand and its cultural allure.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Group Tours: (Cancellation policy) Should you in the event, have booked a group tour and later decide to cancel the same, Any refund issued by Kiwi Premium Tours is at its sole discretion and may be subject to cancellation fees as specified below.

a. 7 -10 days before the date of the tour -25 percent off your ticket and any booking fees and charges.
b. 49 hours -6 days before the date of the tour - 50% of your ticket plus any booking fees and charges. less than 48 hours will be billed 100 percent of ticket.

Cancellation policy (Private Tours) If, you have already booked a Private tour, you decide to cancel the same, Kiwi Premium Tours can refund your booking at their own discretion and in such an instance, you will be charged as follows, a cancellation fee:

a. 7 -10 days before the date of tour- 25% of your ticket plus booking fees and charges.
b. 73 hours -6 days before the date when the tour occurs - half of your ticket as well as the booking fees and charges. Less than 72 hours will incur 100 per cent of the ticket.

Reservations of all kinds, accommodation and third-party, are not refundable. Any cancellation may attract administration fees.
